Simple Bitter gourd / Karela / Paavakkai Fry with minimum bitterness
This is a simple, yet a delicious tasting recipe.

Wash the bitter-gourd and slit them into half lengthwise and remove all the seeds inside them. Now cut them into thin slices. Mix all the above ingredients and leave it for 15 mins. Heat a Pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Now add the mixture in the pan and fry it in medium flame for 10-15 mins until it is cooked and it is ready to be served. You may sprinkle some more Amchur/dry mango powder optionally and serve.

- Turmeric - a pinch
- Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
- Amchur powder/Dry Mango powder - 1 teaspoon
- oil-1 tablespoon
