- Always wash the vegetables before cutting and peeling to retain all the water soluble Vitamins.
- Always utilise the water which is used in boiling vegetables and dals.
- It is better to eat half cooked vegetables ,that way our body gets full benefits of the Vitamins.
- The best way to avoid tears while cutting onions is to peel them ,cut into half and soak in water for 10 mins.
